It’s conveniently accessible – just 10 minutes by bicycle, 10 minutes by car, or 30 minutes on foot from Shin-Fuji Station. The area offers a peaceful living environment with beautiful views of Mount Fuji nearby. The share house provides a comfortable living space with all essential amenities.
Each room comes equipped with the necessities for daily life, allowing residents to settle in quickly and comfortably. Most of our residents are mature working professionals in their 20s and 30s, creating a calm and respectful living environment.
Residents enjoy a warm, community-oriented atmosphere. Various social events and activities are held monthly, including house parties, birthday celebrations, and welcome parties for new share mates. The environment is friendly and relaxed, perfect for those looking to build meaningful connections while maintaining their personal space.
With affordable rent at ¥45,000 per month, utilities at just ¥2,000, and a reasonable deposit of ¥45,000, Arden Fuji offers excellent value for comfortable share house living in the Mount Fuji area. Can I invite my friends?
Friends are Not allowed to come to the house.

Who does common area cleaning?
Common areas are cleaned three days a week by a cleaning company. Garbage disposal in the common areas is shared among the housemates, and we appreciate your cooperation.

I don’t speak Japanese, will that be okay?
No problem. Everyone moves in for the purpose of cultural exchange and making friends. You can mix English and Japanese to communicate with each other and improve your language skills.

Rental system

Initial contract period: 3 months
* If the contract is terminated within the initial contract period, a penalty fee will be charged. * After 3 months, the contract will be for 1 year, but there is no penalty fee.

Cancellation of contract: 1 month advance notice
The date of the cancellation shall be the last day of the month. So please note that mid-month cancellations are not accepted. Initial cost Security Deposit ¥45,000 + Rent + Utilities + Contract fee ¥22,000 (tax included) + Fire insurance* * Rent and Utilities for the first month are prorated. However, if the contract start date is on or after the 20th of the month, Rent and Utilities for the following month must be paid in advance. * Fire insurance is required (for the insurance company introduced by us: ¥10,000 per year)

Monthly cost: Rent + Utilities
Utilities includes, internet, gas, electricity, water and use of shared facilities.

Re-contract fee: ¥11,000 (tax included)
The first payment is due in the third month, but after re-contract, the fee is basically paid once a year.

Moving out cost: Cleaning fee ¥38,500 (tax included)
Deducted from the deposit.
